This was a town that we stayed in. It is near Bad Tolz (bad is bath in latin). The tower in the background is actually a church. This is the inside of the church. the town is called Lenggries which means long gries, a long rubble field filled with deposits of debris from the bed of the isar. The  town is actually quite beautiful, and I personally think that it would be a good stop for people coming out of Munich. Also the town was first mentioned  in the year 1220. The people are quite nice here.
